MONTHLY MEETING

Kirkwood Neighbors Organization

Work with your fellow neighbors and bettering Kirkwood through caring for our seniors, fighting displacement, beautifying common spaces, preserving our neighborhood's historic aesthetic and environmental landscape, supporting our local schools, planning neighborhood events and much more by attending our monthly meetings on the 10th of every month at 7 pm.

MONTHLY NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGS

Kirkwood Neighbors Organization neighborhood meetings are held monthly on the 10th day of the month at 7pm - either via web conference or in person at Turner Monumental AME with online viewing options. To view our full calendar and add all Kirkwood area events and meetings, please use the Kirkwood Community Calendar. All calendar events will have the most up-to-date information on meeting location.

Starting October 2024, meetings will be held in person on alternating months. November 2024 will be virtual only while December 2024 will be in person with online options.

During in person meetings, members can view the meeting via web conference. Online attendees will be able to take part in meeting discussion via the web conference chat only since online participants will remain muted throughout the meeting. KNO members in good standing will be able to vote on items using the web conference poll options.

Please follow signs to either the church basement at Turner AME or to the small chapel next to the church. Specific details will be in the email reminder or the community calendar invite. We encourage neighbors to walk or ride a bike, but parking is also available on the street, behind the building and in the lot to the south of the building. Bike riders can lock their bike long the fence by the entrance on the North side of the building toward the back.
